Found this at the Goodwill outlet a few months back, I have never seen this private label before on a Hoover...

Serial number font indicates between 1985-1987, and after further research it was sold alongside by the Hoover subsidiary that sold those Phase IV Electronic 1000's like John Young in KY has as they own the trademarks Phase IV and EP System 6....
