Help Support VacuumLand:

I am still very interested in it. (Remember when I asked about shipping to Calgary?) Did you ever find out how much shipping would be?

If you don't get a new home for it, please donate it to some thrift store somewhere around you so someone else can enjoy it (rare treasures like Electroluxes do attract thrift store shoppers too).

Clearly no one asked you for your opinion on making bank or not I found it by the road where it was being thrown out so I picked it up figuring someone who collects them would be interested In it. I didn't need your two sense in on what I think I am just seein if it was worth anything to me so don't come on a chat board and so som stupid stuff like that. Kirby I will check Friday to see how much shipping is you were the first interested in it so I will find out for you.

Floor-A-Matic offered you $50.00, why would you throw away a decent vacuum if someone offered you $50.00 for it? I know you mentioned you seen hoses on eBay for $50.00, but your hose on your machine is from 1980, it is from the Olympia One model, chances are it is shot, those old braided hoses dry out and are worthless. $50.00 is a fair price for such a common model vacuum, or like one of the other members suggested, donate it to good will or the salvation army, let someone else profit by it instead of just throwing it out. Just my opinion.
