That machine was rebuilt by Metropolitan Vacuum Company at some point in the 70's or early 80's. They always painted the side rails, and added the very cheap plastic tools. They almost ALWAYS disabled the ejector, as they supplied one-ply bags with the machine that clogged within moments. They usually disabled the ejector by removing the sensor tube that leads from the automatic control to the tiny opening in the side of the bag intake/hose coupling.
Glad you got it working again. The wheel behind the automatic control is NOT original to that machine, and shouldn't be there. The rear wheels were 'add ons' by a salesman later on - and are not original to that machine either.
