Electrolux EPIC 6000 doesn't run , the ? light flashes !

I have an Electrolux EPIC 6000 doesn't run , the ? light flashes ?
I don't have a hose for it , is that why ?
What could be the problem ?

im not an expert on these newer Electrolux machines, but im pretty sure it won’t start if there’s no bag. Ones fitted right? This might help,

be better with a hose yes but hsould run with a bag in it as mentioned try that if it still wont go might be the sensor gone bad

Could be the valve for the bag. There is a youtube video showing you how to remove the internal hose or replace the bag lockout valve. Just search youtube for how to change an electrolux 6500 SR control valve. If the bag full light comes on this is your problem.

Also make sure the hose from the bag door to the valve and the little spout and orifice it connects to in the door isn't clogged. I find those get dirty pretty fast.
