Haven't even received my Kenmore/Singer/Ryobi thing yet and I found a new old stock cord reel for it from an eBay seller who bought two dozen of them from Ryobi when the plant in South Carolina that made them was closing down. Don't know if he has any more left. Only $21.95 and free shipping.

The photos show a few battle scars to clean up. That's fine. I don't do pristine vacuums. Mine have working histories. A few battle scars are ok. Notice the cord won't retract.

So, how cool is this to find the same day I bought the vac.

Wrong color but who's going to know? Better than a cord that won't retract.
