This is the second "iteration" of the Electrolux Model XXX, rolled out in 1939. This auction is for the machine only; too bad there are no original attachments. However, the machine itself is in pretty good condition other than the rotten handle (a replacement for which would not be hard to find).
The opening bid is around $20 which I consider pretty good for such an old, and, now, hard to find, Lux. The 1949-54 Model XXXs are still "a dime a dozen" -- there are always several of them running on eBay. But the early models, like this one, are pretty scarce now.
