This is not particularly large, but this is not too much of a problem as I plan to use this as an addition to my Miele Revolution. My home is also quite small so the small size could be an advantage - it seems very manoeverable too

Time will tell

I bought this cleaner as a supplimenet to my Miele Revolution which still works well but has a couple of niggles which have bothered me since it was new
1. Short hose and 2.heavy wand. My hope with this is that it will also be useful for quick clean ups as it should be ready to hand at a moments notice.

Brief trials indicate that it is quite efficient - I have a friend with a DC35 who sears it is the best cleaner he has ever had - his only cleaner and his home is spotless. Although it is mostly plastic it does seem to be well made.

I am the first to admit that at £290 its is most certainly not cheap. The extra cost brings better performance and longer battery life. I am planning to give it more use today - watch this space for more reporting .....

Hi Al,

Nice little Dyson there. I imagine, as you said, they're great for quick clean ups or when unexpected guests ring you and tell you they're paying a visit in half an hour and you haven't vacuumed yet lol. Glad to hear you're pleased with your purchase and looking forward to hearing more about it.
