Hi :)
i have a Dyson DC24 ball upright that i acquire off my sister, when i came to use it, it wasnt picking up, so i looked online and apparently you can reset the brush bar, so i did that, and to my shock and horror the pipe work was filled/clogged with humungos ammounts of cat fur and god knows what. since then ive cleaned it up, but it wont suck or pick up.
help! :)

Hey Tom

Have you tried giving the filters a wash, People often forget to wash these, I have a dc24 animal that we use in the one part of my house, Its a great little vacuum.

There is a filter in the top of the cyclone and another in the ball, wash both as the instructions say and let them dry This should solve your problem

This vacuum is all pipe/tubing. All of the dirt goes through one path, so if it won't pick up, you have dirt still stuck in it somewhere! Also, make sure the brushroll is clean.

there's a flap at the base of the cleaner (where the cleaning wand sits) and there is a seal that wont sit right, is that anything to do with it not picking up?
Tom :)
