I just found this last week and a half ago, the person its mine to collect, but my Dad is abroad for a pilgrimage and to visit his friend, and my Aunty cant drive all the way to Coventry from Birmingam, she never drove on a motorway which is fair enough, but I love this DC11, I never used these turbine heads either, anybody think they are good? I think it has good suction because it has double root cyclone technology, and its so cool! I never had a TW or stowayay Dyson before, and I also want a DC21 motorhead, I cant collect, anybody know how to collect? they cant deliver either and I dont want to try couriers because its complicated IMO, so I been looking on gumtree to find a "Man with a van" and its about house removals and stuff! dam

I've always found them pretty dire tbh, although both of the ones I've stripped and cleaned were used for plaster dust. The part that directs dirt to the cyclones clogs frequently too

Id go for a dc08 personally

Thanks Joe, Sam and George, however we used our DC08 origin for plaster and all that DIY stuff, and although it still worked, it was making an electrical smell kind of, and made a grinding smell when turned off

i have both

and i can say the dc08/19 (they're they exact same), is probably the better option as it is more comfortable to use, the dc11's handle grip is very big and cumbersome to use, the area where the tube connects into 2 also has an issue with getting clogged a lot, overall the dc08 is a better option, ultimately the decision is up to you but that's just my 2 cents
