Jamie, what difference does your 1977 hoover senior ranger make to joes senior? They are both HOOVER, so why should that matter??[this post was last edited: 8/7/2013-08:40]
this is why vacuumland annoys me if you're a dyson hater why comment or even look at a thread concerning dyson, I think its also very rude to attempt to ruin someones thread like that, anyway is that tool good I was think about getting one ages ago but I thought there was quite allot of effort involved in getting the belt over the metal rods
It can take a bit of effort to get the belt onto the pegs, certainly careful placement of the lifter hook helps when getting over the legs, but once hooked the brushroll slides in easily, you can spin it to check it's all good then hook it down.
"Jamie, what difference does your 1977 hoover senior ranger make to joes senior? They are both HOOVER, so why should that matter??" It doesn't, I was being humerous, or trying to be. Obviously it is wasted on you lot.
Jamie, whilst I appreciate that you were trying to be funny, please consider the possibility that it just wasn't funny to anyone but you.
Anyway,
the belt lifter tool...
I got one of those a while back. I'm very friendly with all my neighbours and several of them own Dysons and bring them round when they're not working right. You should've seen my living room last christmas when they all got clogged up with pine needles lol. It makes life so much easier fixing them with one of those.
