dyson airblade tap

I've used the original Airblade a few times and I was very impressed. You don't realize how inefficient conventional hard-dryers are until you try a Dyson. I think the tap idea is great. Public bathroom floors are often filled with puddles of water since you must walk over to a paper towel dispenser or blower to dry. This would eliminate the problem. Plus, these dryers are pretty fun to use, which just further encourages people to wash their hands.  I can't wait for these to arrive in America!

While the intake air might be filtered through a HEPA filter, by moving the Airblade into the tap itself, it will aerosolize liquid inside of the sink (blowing germs and bacteria out of the sink, too) where it will become airborne and deposit onto your hands and surrounding surfaces.

...not a good idea, IMHO.

The comment above reflect my own concerns. Also, while I have no idea how easy the installation will be in none-UK bathrooms, certainly here I think the relevant electricity supply is going to be hard to find inside a bathroom, as this tap needs it's own 13amp outlet.

I wash my hands loads of times at home and at schol, it stinksin the boysarea, so I justwash my hands, and dont use the hand dryer, I LEG IT out!! Do a runner, i hate it there,  I used the Dyson hand dryer airblade 4 or 5 times in 1 go at BirminghamAir port, it was bloody loud, and I also used it once at a hospital in Rochdale,;[ Lancashire
