This is an exceptional score I got at a sale a couple weekends ago that Fred about pissed himself over. I originally went for a 50's rounded Kenmore canister in the dolly/cart (which I got, photo to come later) but since the guy who ran the sale knows me well he had a couple more in the back bedroom, one being this 305 plus tools and a 4057 Pickle convertible. The cord on it was original but dry rotted to the point the machine wouldn't turn on so I ended up rewiring the handle and installing a generic black cord. The bag is perfect except for a tiny 3/4 inch repair job near the bellows but hardly noticeable.

That is a great Model 305, and the bag is original too. What a score that you got the attachments and the box. I love the Kenmore, too. That model is rather rare. - John

Congratulations!

Alex, you scored big time! The Convertible is cool, the Kenmore is wildly awesome, but the 305 OMG is almost too good to be true! My most-loved aunt had a 305 and it's been a life-long obsession to find one for myself. If this one turned up for you maybe there is still hope that I will find one too.
