I've only had my brand new Riccar Moonlight a few days and the parking bracket for the nozzle has already broken. I'm not rough with my machines at all and I'm surprised this would happen on a high end vacuum cleaner so quickly. I realize this isn't a big deal, but it was so nice to be able to just "park" the wand and nozzle instead of having to lean it against something just to have it fall over.....I'm wondering if I took the machine back, if they would replace the little bracket for me? I absolutely LOVE this vacuum and will never part with it, even if I have to lean the hose/wand against the wall....
