I agree....
you have to find the market to get your price. Yrs ago somebody gave me a little pocket gun made in the 1800's. It's in good, shootable shape, although anyone would be daft to shoot it. In an antique gun price book, it's a first run model. It lists for $700+ in the condition it's in. I had it as low as $500 in a national gun market mag. Not even one bite. No doubt if the right person knew, it would sell easily.....but like in the non-electric vacuum, you've got to find those people.
