I'm confused....
My, but some people are certainly getting riled up over this thread, aren't they? And, far too personal in some of the comments made here - some things are best left to individual emails.
However, my confusion deals with the dirt catching action of the Kirby vacuum and how this invention works. I've gone and looked at my two Kirby's and both push the dirt into the bag rather than suck the dirt into the bag. Now, if the dirt is pushed into this cannister, why does it matter if it's cyclonic or not? As far as the filter, I'm quite sure it will clog with use but that's to be accepted just as bags will clog in use. If the purchaser chooses not to clean the filter, they will have less performance. My assumption is that this cannister is useful in eventually costing less than bags and, if emptied after each use and filter cleaned, will give the user like new performance each time. Am I wrong?
