This may sound like a waste of time but I was thinking about taking a normal Full-Door central vacuum inlet but by drilling a hole and installing a push-button switch that automatically turns on the vacuum as soon as the door to the valve is opened (kind of like Budd, Kenmore and Genuine Vacuflo inlet valves). I'm doing this for no reason except to see if it can be done so I would like it very much if I could get everyone's opinion on it. I selected this plan instead of using a Vacuflo valve because I can plug in any hose from any set that I can possibly dream of. If it doesn't work, my plan is to use a Vacuflo valve.
