Craftsman Anniv. Ed. Vac

Does anyone know about this shop vac? Its a rare find a Craftsman Wet/Dry Shop vac (doesn't look like traditional Craftsman vacs) is that made by Shop Vac?

I have one

Its junk......blows dust everywhere and when doing water it does the same thing with all filters and things in place
