cookies for DAYS!!!!!!!

I'm not sure what 'came over me', but, when I came home from MASS today, I made a large batch of walnut fudge brownies.Then, to 'clean out/use up stuff, I went on to make 6 dozen Italian pepper cookies. Then, I made 72 Italian: vanilla cookies, almond cookies, and anise cookies (todals). My students love when I bring these things into the classroom. I have 3 levels of students, from a total of 15 different countries. One woman, from Ukraine, wants the recipes for everything I bring in. She told me, "You have gold hands". She told my student teacher that /I would make someone a great husband. Hmmmmmmmmmm exactly what I was thinking. The house smells heavenly. Thew cats are walking around, sniffing.

I just made 5 1/2 dozen chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. They are still on the racks cooling. I was in the mood for something sweet and hadn't made cookies since before the summer.
