Convertible Bag Replacement

Hi all,

I'm a bit embarrassed by posting this, but I am a new collector. I need help replacing the bag on my Hoover Convertible. Could someone help me out? I can't seem to find where you secure the bag to the "O" ring, nor am I sure if I found the "O" ring.

Roll the (O-ring) Bag Elastic against the Bellows, and slide the C bag onto the full tube. Roll the Bag Elastic onto the Bag until it is in the groove on the full tube. Slightly "unpleat" the Bag. Out it inside the outer bag, and enjoy your Convertible.

Uh oh new problem

My vacuum's O ring is missing, I have no idea what happened to it. I haven't used this machine in a while due to the machine spitting dust everywhere because of the bag slipping off of said o ring. Does anyone have a spare or know where I can get one from?
