Convention Registration

If you are attending the convention please get your registration into Dave. Right now the blocked rooms are filled but the hotel still has rooms available. I have to order the 100th anniversary Kirby t-shirts early next week and need sizes but you must be registered to get one. They also have 100th anniversary ball caps. If you are interested in them let me know as they will have to be ordered next week. The club won't be paying for the caps. Thanks and see you next month!!! Barb

The form is on thread 23540. You have to mail it in as the account to pay and send it via this site was never set up. If you need me to mail a form let me know. It might be faster that way. Barb

Question on the hotel.

Hi Barb:

I'm finalizing hotel plans.

On the Crowne Plaza website check-in is 3:00 in the afternoon, as I'm getting in in the wee hours of the morning could I get into my room around 9 am?; If so I'll simply stay at the Amtrak station till dawn. The only other alternative is book the day prior, get off the train go right to the hotel, and crash in my room.

As I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to check in around 8 or 9, then go for breakfast, please check this out for us.

How to confirm one's registration?

My notes show I sent the form and payment on 4/3/14.
However, there appears to be no feedback mechanism to confirm the registration went through properly.
Is there a method or preferred e-mail to confirm registration?

Answers

I have a list of those registered for the convention; there are only 17 people on it. If you are not sure your registration has been received then email me and I will check.

As far as checking in early to the hotel you will have to call the hotel and work that out directly with them. Barb
