I have a gold compact c-9 for sale or trade I would trade for a hoover convertible.$50.00 plus shipping the compact has all attachments original hose. great shape for its age works great has lots of suction, has book and paper work for it my aunt bought it new.also have a new sears steam cleaner with everything plus two hoses used one timewould take $50 or best offer for it.plus shipping. let me know what you have would trade either.the hoover is not my picture but what I am looking for or close to it send me a pic of what you have to trade for either.white hoses in pic go to another machine sorry.electric hose and regular hose.........or would trade for this model eureka canister.again not my picture.or would consider second hoover convertible again not my pic.

Hey Buddy.

I'd like to get the tools that were supposed to go with this machine (which I bought over six weeks ago) that are included in the sale.
I only got the vacuum , hose and PN. - but NO attachments- nothing pictured.
Stuff happens, I get that.
I would like to have my tools. The tools shown in this ad- which I bought and paid for.

My texts and emails get unanswered.

I am very annoyed, to put it nicely.
I want these tools. These tools I bought and payed for, I want them yesterday!
It has been nearly 6 months since I bought this cleaner (which was shipped without tools THAT I PAYED FOR).
I received an email from you on June 30 2015 telling me that you sent out the tools. well, the tools have not arrived. I have repeatedly tried to contact you but I get no response.

Needless to say, I am angry and believe that my trust has been violated.
I want these tools.
Use the photos in the advertisement you posted for a reference.

I Want These Tools!
I want them ASAP
I Want A Tracking Number.
I have been more than patient, and I'm sorry: My patience is running out.

This is not how collectors should treat each other.
BTW, I am not going to go away; I will not be blown off!

I want to solve this dilemma amicably, on good terms.
This is my attempt to to solve this problem and keep it on friendly terms.

I would like to hear from you asap with a solution.

P.S. If you did send them on June 30 2015, and they got lost "in the mail" ( it can happen, I can understand that) give me the tracking number and I can take that up with whatever company shipped it.

I am looking forward to solving this problem and can't wait to get these tools

So sorry to read you are having problems with Shane (Smow69). I hope you get your tools, you did pay for them after all! But more importantly, thanks for sharing your experience. This is obviously one Vacuumlander NOT to do business with!

Shane....just remember something. You may have screwed over one member by not keeping your word, but in the end, the one who will be getting the last laugh is Derek, when others read this & ignore your Supermarket postings & refuse to do business with you. Which is EXACTLY what you deserve when you're not a man of your word & you cheat people!
