Club aluminum sold stuff like a waffle iron and mixer under their name, I wonder if they sold a vacuum....

That's actually a Royal "Purifier". Royal private labeled for direct (door to door) sales companies, like Modern Hygiene and Electro-Hygiene, along with many other brand names on the same cleaner. For sure, that is a Royal "Purifier". We have that exact machine in the Museum under the Royal brand name.

So I have decided 1) I'm too lazy to polish this piece myself, and 2) I need it out of my office. I have decided on a no reserve auction starting at 24.99 + shipping (pricey because of the dimensions) and hopefully this is a price point that can attract buyers. I have also found an old electrolux canister vacuum I will be auctioning off as well, will have it listed later today. Thanks to all for your help and input. I think this is a cool and unusual piece, though I may have gotten an inflated idea of what it was worth. I do not collect vacuums, so I will sell this piece, and if this auction fails I will promptly start it again at a lower price.

The handle and nozzle are both removable from the machine, so shipping won't be that bad.
