Circa 1977 Montgomery Ward SP8000

I didn't know Wards sold the SP8000 Heavy Duty Commercial upright in gray trim! I want to think this one dates to 1977. But the $750 price tag, which the seller claims is based upon how rare this particular cleaner is today, will be hard for most of you to swallow, unless you can think of a better offer.
