Christmas Dinner 2015.
Only Arlee and I were here so I kept it simple, but it was still good and filling! We had:
-- Roasted Ham served with Orange-Pineapple Sweet-and-Sour Sauce
-- Green Bean Casserole with mushrooms, mushroom sauce and toasted onions [my twist on an old-time church covered-dish dinner standby]
-- Yukon Gold Potatoes roasted in olive oil and seasonings
-- Sugar-free Pecan Pie for dessert
And, as usual, we'll have leftovers to last us all next week. Ham and Cheese Sandwiches, here we come!
