Calling for info for Christmas VCCC Newsletter

VacuumLand – Vintage & Modern Vacuum Enthusiasts

Help Support VacuumLand:

wow, Kenny,

you know your Hoovers!!!!!!!
There's still more facts about it.
But, I hope others are sharpening their implements to take copious notes!
Don't you love the $10.00 words??
Well, I AM a Hoover snob, right? Been called a few other things, too. But, that's another day!
I'm getting Michael Turner's 69, which will proudly be added to the other 8.

John,

I'm no expert. Never claimed to be. I hope no one thinks I am. I'm just restating what I've heard from other trusted collectors. Who have a true passion for Hoover and not just a recent flash in the pan. There is one collector who I would credit as an expert. He lives very close a few miles from the where they were made.

Yes, Tom

Anderson, just for clarification purposes.
He lives within walking distance to where it all happened. He has all of the legal, bonafied, documentation at his fingertips.
When I ask him, he tells me. IF he's not sure, he has the written info, right there. Then, he can WALK to the actual museum, where everything else is kept... in climate controlled safe, steel cabinets.(regulation for museums).
Doesn't get much better.

I just sent Sam my poem

"The Night Before Christmas".
I wrote it years ago, kind of a spoof on vacuums. I had to take some lines out. BUT, I was able to incorporate the great Stan Kann. People do not own the copyright to people, although some might believe they have exclusive rights to others. Stan was a wonderful guy. As most know, he was an avid vacuum collector, entertainer and famed organist at the wonderful Fox Theater.I hope y'all like the poem. I was able to mention various vacuum brands, not just Hoover. "Diplomacy".

“If I must clarify”...

Must you??

LOL probably not. You’ve made your allegiances abundantly clear for several years now. Please proceed with any legitimate information you might possibly have and know that it would be most appreciated if you could refrain from any of your additional feeble attempts at gaslighting or triggering other members of the VacuumLand community.

Kenny,

You are so right. He and I will do the "final assembly" this week. We (8) of us will be at his FIRST mini meet, this Saturday. He house is truly, "Winter Wonderland". Great comfort food, nice vacuums, great house, GREAT friends, etc. NO nasty, cutting, undertones, disrespect, etc. ONLY nice fun with nice people. We hope The VCCC will love the newsletter as much as we do.

It will be very nice! I've already been told a little bit about the upcoming newsletter. It will also be nice to have the roster with the newsletter as well. Sort of like a stocking stuffer!

Sam has worked hard! You have worked hard! This all takes organization and pre-planning.
