British hoover purepower. In the usa!

Hooverize ? I've never heard anybody say that!

Here in the UK most people refer to a Vacuum Cleaner as a hoover and vacuuming as hoovering, but never hooverizing...

Well some people do still say vacuum, vacuum cleaner or vac in the UK, I know all my family call it a vac we have never refered to it as a hoover and we certainly don't say hoovering up cause that just sounds stupid, I have never called it a hoover, lol.

I used to use the hoover term, but since collecting Vacuum Cleaners I no longer use that!

I still say "hoover", even though the brands have changed.

The only time I say "hoover", is when I mean - HOOVER!

I never use the term "hoovering" however, vacuuming is the one I use.
