Brand New Hoover Polisher!!

This machine had a separate dispenser (in addition to the large solution tank) attached to the back that you could pop off and use. Not sure what it would have been used for except for stronger solutions. You moved the supply tube based upon whether you were scrubbing floors or shampooing rugs. Also a set of wheels.

Constellation~

There was an all-orange model from that same era, the model 444. I swiped this picture of Tom Anderson's 444 from the "Private Label" Thread... <br
The 858 was indeed orange and brown, but from a bit later on (into the 70's), and moreso matched the first Floor A Matic, the 1120 Dial A Matic, there was an orange and brown Portable, the Swingette, so on.. <br

Yes, I left out the 444 Constellation in orange from the same production period. They all went together. This Connie is also bottom of the line. Wow...I cannot believe you found these brand new Fred!!! What a find for sure! Thanks again for the pictures. I never noticed the longer "skirt" on the ornage polisher but you are right they are definitely different <br
