Holy cow! That would be so fun and comical to use. It's like pushing a lawnmower.
What a cool machine! Definitely worth getting. Would be interesting to hear your thoughts on using it. I would love to find something like that, it would be perfect to use at the hotel I work at. I have an Advance Carpetwin that I use to do hallways but that bad boy would do them in two swipes probably!

I'll try to use it a bit more over the next few days run some visible debris tests and get back to you.
So far, it's a little on the loud side but not overly loud. It's got a height adjustment system that reminds me of like a royal. one pedal to raise the nozzle another to lower it. Despite it's size it only weighs like 55 lbs I think that's what the fedex guy told me it weighed. It has a brush strip behind the brushroll which is meant to prevent the scattering of debris it's on a sliding plate so it adjusts to the surface. The filtration I know won't be stellar the bag tube is connected to the exhaust horn via a piece of 2" vacuum hose which has no seals on it. I was hoping to be able to store this a little bit better via flipping it up or on it's side but I'm not too sure I should do that. The plastic is pretty thick but it does flex.
I'd think with it's large metal fan it'd be able to take a lot of impact but still I'd be cautious of metallic objects

Dual motors?
Curious would you happen to know what brand it is? I've not seen many of these but.the few I've seen are single motor.

Hard to pinpoint the exact brand.
I’ve used 2 but that was many years ago. One was an Oreck and the other (strangely enough) was a Scott and Fetzer. I do remember that they were quiet and had decent airflow, but I can’t be sure as to how thoroughly they cleaned. These were around for at least 40 years before Bissell Big Green got a hold of it and the fact that Oreck had it is a pretty good indication that it was previously some other brand.

Yeah I knew it was made by someone else I THINK mastercraft is the one making them but I'm not entirely sure. They've been sold under various names and brands, As you've mentioned Oreck (comvac) Kirby (Comvac various widths) Powr Flite there's also a similarly designed Sanitaire which has a slightly different switch setup as well as different cloth bag. There was also a somewhat similarly designed Windsor called the maximatic.

Windsor’s is different.
Theirs isn’t as wide and the fan placement isn’t quite the same. It’s a shame about the Windsor and Karcher merger. The drop in quality is already showing in the new Sensor uprights.

I thought it was just some cosmetic changes to differentiate it but that's interesting to know that someone else had actually built another machine like it.

Windsor’s difference
It seems to be issues with build quality. There is a 3rd generation of the Sensor upright since 2020 that incorporates changes to the body and the redesigned exhaust filter in the rear. The main issues are in plastic components that break too easily and ongoing PCB issues. I think it’s a shame and the 2nd generation machines were probably their best. This is all according to a dealer friend who sells Sebo and turned away the service business of these machines. Warranty claims are nightmarish because one has to go through Karcher and make an appointment for a service call. I’m hanging onto my 2nd gen machine and hopefully I’ll find another to fix and keep. When everything on these vacuums work, they work very well.

oh those!
We've got one of those at work they're actually a triple motor, 2 suction motors and a brushroll motor. The main switch turns the suction motors and the brushroll switch, which the brushroll only runs when you hold down. makes it convenient for hard floor spaces too. They seem to work pretty well the airpath is very wide and there are quite a few rows of bristles which seem stiffer than the brushes on this bissell. Then you have the wand, the power through it isn't particularly great but it's nice to have.
I thought what you were talking about was a direct air unit with two motors.
We've got one of those at work they're actually a triple motor, 2 suction motors and a brushroll motor. The main switch turns the suction motors and the brushroll switch, which the brushroll only runs when you hold down. makes it convenient for hard floor spaces too. They seem to work pretty well the airpath is very wide and there are quite a few rows of bristles which seem stiffer than the brushes on this bissell. Then you have the wand, the power through it isn't particularly great but it's nice to have.

As for the dayton ones those appear to be a dual motor (1 suction 1 brushroll) and i've seen a similar design come through the shop which I think was green. It used a round belt and wasn't very impressive IMO.
They also brought in an Oreck Comvac which didn't run and none of us could figure out why the cord switch and carbon brushes were all fine

Have a vacuum like this-mine is PowerFlite.A HUGE direct air vacuum with like a 10-12A motor-LARGE thick,metl fan.Pick up anything hard-makes a nice delightful DING sound.
