youll need two belts, style 49 for the power drive, and style 50 for the agitator/ brushroll. takes type d bags. all are available new or new old stock on ebay. far as service goes, of the motor doesnt have a grinding noise from bearings needing lube or worn carbons leave it be. my sentiment servicing machines is "if it aint broke dont fix it". however, the agitator bearings can be greased. id also grease the hinge that lowers the machine from upright position so it doesnt stick, and oil the wheel axles (NOT powerdrive wheels) with a DROP or amsoil 0-20 synthetic motor oil. your machine will be MUCH easier to push after lubricating the wheel axles. if the powerdrive unit is fine, dont service it. i would also use merv 13 a/c filter cut to fit and replace the two filters inside the machine and re-gasket the bag door, itll help increase the performance of the machine.
if you need parts to replace broken ones, depending on what they are they may be difficult to find except from a parts machine or digging thru stashes at messy vacuum shops that down throw stuff away that still have old stock parts. replacement cords, brush strips and agitator endcaps are still available, some places still even have motor carbons. if its costmetic youll be relagated to the sources above, the dial a matic has been discontinued for 40 years making some parts a challenge to locate.
