shopvac 16 gallons with central vacuum hose

you read that right i scroed a central vacuum hose for 40$!! yes just 40 dollars i put it imidiatly on my big shopvac works amazing i love it here are some pictures.

could i add the central vac hose to my fitler quee n 700 two speed vacuum as long the fitler cone is new ? with out hurting anty thing
