Yes. It should be known that Kirby did not use ball bearings in their brush rolls until the Heritage II Legend. It was not until the 1990s that they started making virtually all their brush rolls this way.
The Heritage I model 1HD was the first Kirby to pioneer the Quadra-Sweep brush roll design, but until the time of the Heritage II Legend in late 1987, they were still sleeve bearing rolls.
While the factory-installed belt used in the Heritage, Heritage II (Legend) and Legend II was the soft gray belt (159056), the spare belt (which was placed on the duster brush in the attachment set) that came with these models was actually a stronger, flat belt.
For Heritage 1HD models packaged prior to May 1982, the spare belt was the same belt used for the Miracle Head and Rug Renovator (301279); after that point, the spare belt was the same kind of flat belt used on the then-new Comvac series (301282).
