Good news and bad news. The good news the "theft" was accidental, an older person's son had told her a package had arrived, there were two of them in the picture and she picked this one up without checking the address. When she realized the mistake she brought it back and apologized. Not a big deal mistakes do happen.
Now for the bad news....This is too small for me to get much use out of. I was going to use it to press some new bearings onto this Miele's armature but even though it's a single stage motor this armature is just too tall to fit into the arm space. Unfortunate, but perhaps i'll just need to seek out a taller model in the future.

I haven't used it for vacuum related work, but yes it does. I've used it for other bearing pressing. Its one of those tools that gets used once a year or even less, but when it does it pays for itself each time.
