Attention All Big Time Hoover Collectors..I need HELP!

I got a Hoover soft&light and the motor fan was striped and broken. I need A motor for a Hoover soft and light. I would Really Appreciate it..Cause if i cant fix it my moms gonna make me toss it!!

the fan that carries the dirt is broken? is this a 12 amp machine? is the fan case broken too?

The fan that creates the suction is broken and its a 7amp machine. and there is a crack in the fan housing...If anyone has a motor for a Hoover soft&light and i mean the motor and the motor housing...Id be really appreciative of it.. Email me at [email protected] and we will work somthing out.

The same thing happened to my Elite,I had a Twin Chamber Bagless with a 12 amp motor,I'm not fond of bagless vacuums so the motor was pretty much an exact fit in the Elite,so I dropped that motor in it, It's one of my best carpet groomers,it will pick the carpet up,I had to beef up the agitator with a metal end on the belt side because it kept melting the end cap to the agitator,its 12 amps and really powerfull now. the fancase and motor is hard to find used. the fancase on Elites is one of the first things to break.

you could still get these parts new. a little searching and you should find what you need.

Electroluxxx if you could send me the motor and the housing(the 2 items pictured in pic 2) ill send u the old motor. IT would be the same as swapping the machines but without swapping the bodies . Or are you talking about swapping a differnt machine for yours,because i just got done trading with another person and i dont think my mom will let me trade a while vacuum,but i can send u my old motor and maybe u can fix it,because idk how ot get the fan off,maybe u can.
