are these floor brushes the same

I'm wondering if these are two different floor brushes, or if it's the same floor brush with a different neck. First there is the Axis which I know for sure is a rebranded Wessel-werk turn and clean d330

And then there is the Miele parquet brush, I've also seen this called the twister, is this the same brush as the first one? If not I may get it since I have a lot of hard floors in my apartment and want to have lots of floor brushes in my collection.

They look like the might've shared the original design, but they're not identical. At the very least, there's enough differences in the details to say that they had different molds.

But might be interchangeable? idk

Mike, the Wessel Werk D330 was modified for Miele to make the Miele Parquet Twister "unique" for Miele. Both will perform the same, you won't see much difference between them.

One thing I like about the D330 over the Parquet Twister is there are accessories available to improve it's functionality & give you more uses. Like the carpet glider plate so it can be used on area rugs & optional choice of 2 microfiber pads, if you prefer to use it like a dust mop style floor head. I don't think Miele offers anything like that to go with the Parquet Twister, & since the Miele tool is slightly wider on the inside of the tool vs the D330, I highly doubt the D330 accessories would be compatible with it.

If you already have the D330, I would save your money & just use it with a Miele metal tool adapter. Besides, there are better choices out there, like the Simplicity Floor It! tool & it's Riccar equivalent, for about the same money as the Miele Parquet Twister.

Yes, I have the d330, it's actually one of my favorite hard floor tools, the others are the sidewinder, the Ricccar nozzle, the Wessel-werk rd285, and the Centec CT10 power nozzle which is designed for hard floors. I have several other floor brushes as well but the ones I have listed are my favorites. I will skip the Miele brush then since I already have something very similar to it. I'm also not a fan of those nozzles that work on both carpet and hard floors by changing a foot pedal. For hard floors, the brush on those nozzles is not large enough, and for carpets, a spinning brush should bbe used.
