Any equivalent fan I could use?

So, my Shop Vac QSP Pro has had this awful vibrating sound during operation. I took it apart and no matter how much I tried, it still vibrated. There was nothing rubbing against the fan and the fan was balanced. Out of all the times I worked on it, the fan was different compared to the other fans I’ve worked with. Google’s AI told me that the fan was corroded and I’m wondering if I could replace the fan with something equivalent. I have a caliper and measuring tape I could measure it to so I could find a similar fan. The motor assemblies cost me $100 and I don’t have that type of money. What does this fan look like to you? The lower motor bearing was also bad and I replaced that.

QPL45a. Unfortunately, they don’t sell the fan separately.

You could try a wire brush as a last resort. Be careful if you choose this method though.

What exactly is the issue with the fan? It looks structurally sound from the picture you provided.

Vibrations caused by the fan would be because the fan is unbalanced, which based on your picture would mean that either one of the impellers inside has become at least partially detached and either displaced or lost, or (and more likely in my opinion) there is significant debris stuck inside the fan.

If the fan is complete and intact, I would see if you can (briefly) run the vacuum without the fan installed to see if the vibration is still present.
