So, my Shop Vac QSP Pro has had this awful vibrating sound during operation. I took it apart and no matter how much I tried, it still vibrated. There was nothing rubbing against the fan and the fan was balanced. Out of all the times I worked on it, the fan was different compared to the other fans I’ve worked with. Google’s AI told me that the fan was corroded and I’m wondering if I could replace the fan with something equivalent. I have a caliper and measuring tape I could measure it to so I could find a similar fan. The motor assemblies cost me $100 and I don’t have that type of money. What does this fan look like to you? The lower motor bearing was also bad and I replaced that.IMG_8498.jpeg

What is the model number? With that you can search for parts schematics and part numbers here.
