I must find that last pieces for my 612 and reassemble it, I also have that Junior but the belt cover plate is missing 
next
i will do one for the other machine as well . I dont have any good pictures of an origional so this was done from a photo i found here it would be good to see a detailed good photo if anyone has one the creases in the bag are stiched in so that when it deflates it folds up correctly there is also a sleeve stiched inside that colapses when the machine is switched off stopping the dirt falling back into the fan chamber

Looks like a King George-era serial number, doesn't it? What would that serial # translate to?
I know someone here posted a page from some Hoover Service Manual that helps to decipher the approximate date of manufacturing for this species of Junior/Lightweight Upright.
