Been looking for a Classic III for quite some time now... I have recently realized this quest thanks to Bill (AKA Powermate1970) Heck of a great guy! Thanks Bill! This is my new favorite daily driver!!!

PS- Ben, the serial is B466072, what would the approximate build date be?

You have a January-March 1977 build (2nd quarter of calendar year 1977). Mine is #B850414, an April-June 1977 build (but very close to June).

Beautiful Classic III, Derek!

The Classic III is one of my favorite Kirbys! I have one too, and it is also the most complete Kirby in my collection--I have everything (including boxes!) except the Handi-Butler.
