Oh wow, this is reeeeally pretty!

I have a question about these Eureka "power nozzles" ... did the motors also have fans in them? If so, that would mean quite a lot of suction and air flow, it would seem.

It's kinda hard to imagine who would want to drag two vacuum cleaners around at the same time. Granted, Mama said the same thing about "regular" power nozzles when the Electrolux man tried to sell her one!

I "inherited" her thoughts on this -- I'd rather use a canister or tank machine for straight-suction cleaning and an upright for rugs and carpets. The only power nozzle machines I have are Electroluxes -- F, Turq G, Tan G, 1205, G.J.  & Grand Marquise -- but I use them infrequently.

NICE!!!A MONSTER vac you can buy without making it up.Have an AirWay canister like the one shown but doesn't have the Eureka powernozzle.I currently use my Kirby Avalir as a "powernozzle" with my MD Silentmaster central vacuum. So,tandem air vacuums are nothing new!

"also have fans?"

Yes.Other than being connected to a wand instead of a bag and no notch in hood for the handle everything was the same as the also great Eureka uprights. Our local and now late longtime AirWay dealer would say on the few that he would demo "This part is pushing the dirt and this part is pulling".
The above AirWay(now sold & not mine)looks VERY nice with little if any wear at the front wheel that can tell much about the care these models have had.The hose is replaced and could easily be changed to original style. These pictures clearly show what a nice MATCHED set of attachments were used on real AirWays with the holder that could be carried on the vac in both vertical or horizonal positions.

I love how much vacuums are going for on eBay lately. I have a honeymoon to New Orleans during Southern Decadence to pay for. Personally, I much prefer the gold color machine with matching Electric Hose and tools.

I'm going to get out my Air-Way's and have them "Say Cheese" for eBay.
