The Purple Air Way I have doesn't have the signature tag, light, or the speed switch. The speed switch kinda looks like it was added as an afterthought. The White Air Way Centurian I have is just like in the picture. And yes-have the instruction book shown.Esp like the computer animated "Woman" vac user!So sad these machines are no longer built!

Sure Airway could have used University of Alabama cheerleaders pushing the vacuums for the manuals. But consider this. Airway sold these amazing machines for around $600 (at least per the receipt in the picture). These vacuums compare favorably to many vacuums selling for twice the price. Besides you don't see the manual until after you buy.

sorry to resurrect an old thread. I have one of these Signature series vacuums. The Rugmaster nozzle has gone out. Does anyone know if/how this can be replaced?

I don't know if I should replace the part or just buy a new machine.

When you say your Rugmaster powerhead is broken, is it like the one in reply 10? If so, that is a standard Kenmore/Panasonic powerhead & is very popular & is very easy to find parts for. It is also produced for Centec Systems for use with central vacuums. I would take the whole vacuum into a vac shop, let them diagnose & repair the powerhead, it is likely something simple. If they cannot repair the powerhead, then go onto the Centec website & buy a new powerhead from them.
