Yours looks nice and complete.The only other I have seen was brought in for service from an office building with fine dust and grit.Perhaps becaure it had the word 'proffessional' on it they assumed it would do anything with no care or maintenence.By the time I saw it,it was not worth repairing.

I love this Bissell!
I always used to want one but the high price always drove me away at my local Lowes.
