a 1970s heater/cooling question

Recently my grandmother remodeled her all original 1970s house. From wallpaper to some furniture everything was scrapped, including the 1970s heating and cooling thermostat system. I remember exactly what it looked like: silver knob with green accent, a brown base and black around the sides. I cant find a picture of it. I know some of you guys know stuff about vintage household items and hopefully someone has a picture of what I'm thinking about.
