Pic 8 508 serial number e 413251 I don't understand date codes but 508s started production in 1948.
Pic 9 505 bottom this is safety switch wiring. It has a black plastic housing only on 505 maybe 1st year produced 1945. I have seen similar on 4c maybe 3c late 30s kirbys.

3rd set Pic 1
Batopper for standard top fill bag
2 510-515 emptor with sweet aire cap not on.
3 510 nozzle top its off a 513-515.
4 bottom of 510 with 513-515 brush.
5 510 513 515 ya stamping on it same star as 508 vacuum head. I don't know if it's Austin Texas or what the stamp means.
6 510 brush nozzle w A 85 b5 but stamping.
So other than a bunch of pictures I tried explaining so you can compare to what you have and it might help.

Thanks Les for the pictures and explaining the difference in models. I still can’t really determine what model This is but enjoyable learning experience...jack
 
Hey

If you find any stampings inside motor or part number let me know. I have part number list from ebay from 505 to d80. I also have parts diagram from 505-sentria 2 maybe avalir. The parts diagram is in a 3 inch poly binder. I may scan one day put on a flash drive but that would be alot of work.
