Did some trading for a like new Avalir 2, decided later, I have too many vacs, so I'm selling this one ( also will pay for my much cheaper purchased vacs). If you are interested in a new model Kirby, you can't beat this price most likely. Shipping/packing is extra, but of course, I would break it down to minimize size of box.

my local cl posting pasted here: "Newest model, like new condition. I went through it ( inside) to inspect and clean, new belt and bag, almost flawless condition ( 3 small blemishes) & the primary reason it's priced so low( &! For quick sale). I showed pics of it w/o the power nozzle and the brushroll( under) for the purpose to illustrate the condition. This vac is in fabulous condition at 1/5 the original price. I've got this priced lower than people advertising 5 yr old Kirby models , so this is a fabulous buy."

If you want the attachments and hose, it's an additional $55 $450 for vacuum itself

@rivstg1 Denver Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, eBay.
I've even hand Kirby salesman come into my store trying to sell me stock they couldn't sell.
Generally refurbished Kirby's with a warranty go for $400-500 for model that's 1 to 2 years old. After that they're almost impossible to give away.
It's unfortunate because they have a high retail price and there a high-quality vacuum.
I'm sure the example here that's probably one of the better used ones you can buy.

Thx

I’ve looked all those places except the salesmen situation, in our area ( colorado) and none of them are that low b/c I would have bought them . One guy had one for $200. I contacted him and it was an Avalir not a 2. They do take a massive hit price wise once used ( b/c the new price is often exorbitant , as all DtD models are)

Oh well
