Ladies and gentlemen... may I present to you, this Stark Deluxe (by Royal) 903 upright!
Make no mistake, this is a 1985 model (s/n E85F004791 - mfd. 5/85)! It even has the 5.4 amp motor of the period. It retained the 1983-style trim: red overall, with tan bag.
Looks like Royal sold the 903 under its own name after the Electro-Hygiene bust. I wonder how many other Electro-Hygiene models were transferred to the Royal brand besides this (you know, models such as 777 and 966)?
In mid-1987, the model 889 replaced this.
