1920s Era Vacuum Audio

I am a Masters student at NYU in NY, NY. I am creating a thesis project and am looking for an audio recording of a 1920s era vacuum. Does anyone have suggestions on how to obtain this?

I can fire up my 1936 875 and get you an mp3, its the earliest vac I have though, so may not be of use to you!

Several machines that old, but unfortunately no good way to record the sound, but let me assure you, the machines of that era do sound totally different.

Thanks for all of your replies! I think I have found some help at the museum of vacuum cleaners in St. James, Missouri. If any of you do find you have a way to record your vintage vacuums easily, I would still greatly appreciate it!
