Anyone know what’s going on with Aerus. They don’t have vacuums listed on their site at all anymore. Only their Beyond by Aerus information which basically only includes air purifiers

We have two. One for each level of our home. We use them daily because 1 we have a German Shepherd and two we are clean nuts. Like all our past lux products it’s a great machine that will last forever and you still can’t beat their service when needed

Exactly, as with anything electronics, most defects in the electronic boards show up very soon.. Does no mean anything is wrong with the machine or brand. My aerus guy replaced it less than a half hour.

Yes, it happened to me on my first platinum son after I got it.. Mother board went bad. Aerus replaced it free, no questions asked. Take it back to your dealer.

I vacuum my mattress weekly when I changed the sheets. I though that was common since my parents always did theirs every time the sheets were changed. Vaccuum all the pillows also.
