    ~ S6 ~

The S6 is pretty much what you'd expect from a Miele product; the S6 is quiet, solid and powerful. They all use the FJM HyClean bags, and filters can be up- or downgraded as desired by the user. The dusting tools clip to the machine-end or the wand-handle end of the hose, a design which I'm...

    ~ S6 ~

Last Wednesday, Miele launched their latest floorcare range, the mid-sized S6. The launch event wasn't held at their London Gallery, as usual, but in a borrowed 4-level house in Soho. A 'family' of actors were on hand to create mess and demonstrate the cleaners in a real home environment...

    Beldray "Tri-Cyclonic" Vacuum Cleaner

It's not at all uncommon for 220v European cleaners to be rated up to 2200w. I've seen as high as 2500w. New EU legislation is set to put a limit on this high energy consumption.

I was at Miele's S6 launch last Wednesday - here's one of my photos of the Red Velvet and the Cat&Dog. I'll post the rest of the pics shortly. http://www.miele.co.uk/vacuum-cleaners/s6/s6730redvelvet-398/

Vacuum pics on page 29 of Newsletter!!!

One of the Vacuum-of-the-Day pics. Somewhere I have another scan of an ad for this model, where the motor/airduct design is called the 'Windtunnel' system!

    VAX Vacuums

I have all three of these - no serious complaints with any of them! Just watch the cord clip under the handgrip of the handle of the Mach Air models - it's not very strong, and it's broken off one of my cleaners. I'd say many people would prefer the Mach Air Reach over the entry-level model...

That decanter is beautiful! If I had something to decant, that's what I'd want to be decanting it from!

I just did, Scott, and I apologised.

Wondering about this new, cute little dyson

Well Joe, I apologise if I got carried away and took things too seriously. Sincerely. Yes, it offends me to hear someone I respect being branded as 'disgusting', because I don't feel that represents the person he is at all. And I don't feel I'm out of line to say that. But I shouldn't care so...

    Digital Slim

As much as I love my Vax LiFE, one of the minor annoyances is having to clean the brushbar when it becomes entangled with hair. Small diameter brushrolls are particularly prone to this. Although most can be trimmed with scissors, it's awkward to get at, and sometimes you have to remove the...

I'll drop it now, anyway. I've made my point. Say what you like!

Wondering about this new, cute little dyson

I'm not asking you to change your perception or opinion on anything - just the inflammatory language you're using to share it. James Dyson has always been a controversial figure - his success has won him as many enemies as it has admirers. It's of no surprise to me there are many who dislike...
