Hi folks,

We are about to start retailing 3 VAX models, and I would like some honest feedback to give to customers when they are deciding.

VAX Mach Zen Cannister
VAX Mach Air
VAX Mach Air Reach

Have there been any stand-out issues/problems that would be handy to know about?

I have all three of these - no serious complaints with any of them! Just watch the cord clip under the handgrip of the handle of the Mach Air models - it's not very strong, and it's broken off one of my cleaners.

I'd say many people would prefer the Mach Air Reach over the entry-level model, because the longer cord, extension hose and turbo tool are great benefits, unless price is the deciding factor. The basic Mach Air is better suited to the smallest homes.

I'm currently awaiting the delivery of the brand new, full-size Mach Air Force Total Home - 'the most powerful multi-cyclonic upright in the world'. I'll post pics of it when it arrives.
