Bobby there's a foam muffler around the motor base that's supposed to put the "quiet" in the "quiet series" and over time the foam dries out and blows chunks over the place. 

That is nice and I have never seen one with the "Hoover Convertible" in a box in black on the bag, usually the text is in red.

The other loot that day The Kenmore is currently at the spa but it runs great and the other Hoover needs some glue on the bag hanger.

This is an exceptional score I got at a sale a couple weekends ago that Fred about pissed himself over.  I originally went for a 50's rounded Kenmore canister in the dolly/cart (which I got, photo to come later) but since the guy who ran the sale knows me well he had a couple more in the back...
